The apartment is reached by stairs. Pool heating depends on eligible dates and written confirmation, and cannot guarantee a particular water temperature. Choose a manageable, established stretch by Praia Grande and the Salgados lagoon. Check access and weather, bring a windproof layer and leave wildlife undisturbed.

Give the castle and old streets time, with pauses on the way. Choose the lower town if steep cobbles and steps are unsuitable. Reconfirm admission before travel.

Visit Porches Pottery only after confirming opening. Look closely at the ceramics, then decide whether conditions suit a separate coastal stop. No workshop or demonstration is included.

Arrange a round directly with Amendoeira or Salgados, or take a short seafront walk in Armação de Pêra. Fees and transport remain separate.

A slow breakfast, reading and a meal at home. Rest belongs in a longer stay. Move any outing to another day as weather and energy suggest.
Is ORIGEM a detached villa?
No. It is a private first-floor apartment within a building, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a maximum of six guests. Your group has the whole apartment and private use of the outdoor pool.
Are there stairs?
Yes. The first-floor entrance is reached by exterior stairs. Discuss mobility requirements before committing; step-free access is not claimed.
Do we need a car?
That depends on your shopping, mobility and outing plans. Assess routes and current independent transport options before deciding. No hire car, transfer or transport service is included.
Is the pool heated?
Pool heating is included in low season, with no automatic surcharge. Enjoy time at ORIGEM through the seasons. Pool and jacuzzi use follows the house instructions and normal technical and weather conditions. No water temperature or continuous availability is guaranteed.
What temperature is guaranteed?
No pool-water temperature is guaranteed. Winter sunshine, air temperature and sea or pool swimming are also not guaranteed. Weather may make swimming unsuitable.
Which house rules apply?
Ask for the complete, dated house rules before agreeing, including occupancy, arrival, departure and pool use. Pets, events and smoking require explicit confirmation.
How do I find the price of my stay?
Choose your dates and guest count to prepare an enquiry, or write to reservations@rochacoastal.club. We provide availability, the total price and minimum stays before you make a commitment.
Can I reserve or pay on this website?
You can prepare a stay enquiry and send it from your email application. An enquiry does not confirm a booking or hold dates. This website does not collect card details or payments.
Will everything be open in winter?
Opening, holiday schedules, access and course conditions can change. Check directly before travel and keep alternatives in your plans. A source listing does not prove a business is open on your day.
Are golf and other outings included?
No. Golf, equipment, lessons, transport, dining and other outings are arranged and paid for separately with independent operators. The suggested itinerary is not a package.
Is the jacuzzi available?
Yes, the jacuzzi is functional and available for your stay. Use follows the house instructions and normal operating conditions. Practical information is provided before your arrival.
