A round of golf, with room around it

An extended stay gives golfers something useful: flexibility. Rather than attaching a round to every free morning, choose the days that suit the weather, the course and the people travelling with you. A week can include a round, an easy walk and a day with no plans at all. The accommodation does not require a golfing programme.

Amendoeira’s own golf information describes the Faldo and O’Connor Jr. courses and Academy options. Salgados publishes course information and answers to practical questions. Use these operator sources to ask about current tee times, playing requirements, equipment and tuition. The guide cannot confirm a slot or the condition of a course.

Keep the practical agreement clear. Green fees, lessons, equipment and transport are separate from ORIGEM and arranged directly with the provider. Review cancellation terms and any playing requirements before paying. A mention in our journal is an editorial suggestion, not evidence of an active partner agreement or a service included in your stay.

A considerate visit also leaves space around the game. Follow the course’s current instructions, respect restricted areas and treat the nearby dune and wetland landscape as a place for quiet observation. When you visit Praia Grande or Salgados outside the course, stay on permitted paths and give wildlife distance. No particular sighting or perfect conditions are promised.
